Fees and how we estimate
Prices follow the size of the app and whether we sit on your floor. Nothing here is a monthly software plan.

Travel outside Kuching, interpreter time for languages other than English and Bahasa Malaysia, and night-shift observation are extra and listed on the estimate.
What moves a quote up or down
- Number of user groups (patients only vs patients plus nurses plus pharmacy)
- Whether the app spans booking, results, and billing or a single booking flow
- How quickly read-only access arrives
- Whether photography of empty public screens is allowed
Deposits
We ask for 40% to hold the start week, the rest after the readout. The deposit is described on the refund page if you cancel.
What we will not invoice
Licences, hosting, or “seats.” If a vendor wants to join the readout, that hour is already in the flagship fee unless they need a separate workshop.
Ask for an estimate
Send the app name, campus, and which review is closest. We reply within two working days with a range, not a binding number, until scope is signed.
