Healthcare App Usage Review
A three-to-four-week observation of one live healthcare app, covering patient and staff paths, with a written findings pack.
3–4 weeks · Quoted by app scope
Each review is a human observation of a live healthcare app — booking, portal, ward, or pharmacy — written for people who run clinics in Malaysia.
We do not sell licences. You already have an app, a vendor, or a hospital portal. We borrow logins (read-only where possible), sit with consenting patients and staff, and return a findings pack with timestamps, screenshots of public screens, and recommended wording or sequence changes.
