Follow-up pulse after a change
A shorter return visit after your vendor changes a screen, to see whether the stall we named has actually moved.
This is only offered to facilities we have already reviewed. We re-walk the two or three screens that caused the most stalls, with the same kind of patients or staff if you can arrange it.
The note is short: what improved, what simply moved to the next field, and what still needs the vendor. It is not a new full usage review.
