Patient portal wording and navigation review

A desk review of labels, consent text, and the path to lab results or bills, with attention to English and Bahasa Malaysia as they appear on screen.

Remote screen review 8–12 working days From our Kuching office Quoted by number of sections

Many Malaysian portals mix English clinical terms with Bahasa buttons, or the reverse. Families who book for an elder often land on a results page that uses abbreviations a GP would recognise and a daughter would not.

We read every patient-facing string you give us access to: login, consent, results, bills, and message-the-clinic. We mark confusing order, missing Malay, and consent that is longer than a waiting-hall attention span.

This review does not include a lawyer’s PDPA opinion. We flag wording that patients skip; your counsel decides legal risk.
