A shift beside counter clerks, nurses, or pharmacists using the staff half of a healthcare app, including workarounds on paper.

Patient reviews miss the second screen at the counter. We ask for a host, introduce ourselves to the team, and watch how logins, queue numbers, vitals, and pharmacy labels are actually entered during a morning list.

Typical notes: a vital-sign field hidden behind three taps; a Malay drug name that autocompletes to the English brand; a printer that only works if the app is on the old tablet in the corner.

We do not assess clinical competence. We describe the app’s demands on the shift.
