Terms of use

These terms govern use of the website at filestudiobase.click and paid review work by File Studio Base (“we”, “us”), Level 7, 58 Test Street, Kuching 00000. By using the site or signing an estimate, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site or commission a review.

Estimates and the contract

An estimate is not a contract until both sides sign or we confirm in writing that a deposit has been received for a named start week. Scope is limited to the review described: observation, wording notes, and a findings pack. We do not supply software, hosting, or clinical care.

Your responsibilities

You must have authority to invite us onto the floor and to grant the access you promise. You must not ask us to copy patient medical records into our notebooks. You remain responsible for clinical decisions, vendor contracts, and compliance with Malaysian law, including the Personal Data Protection Act 2010.

Intellectual property

The website text and original drawings on this site belong to File Studio Base. Your findings pack is licensed to the paying client for internal use, including sharing with your app vendor. You may not resell the pack or publish identifiable staff or patient stories without our written consent and the consent of those people.

You keep all rights in your own app, trademarks, and clinical content. We do not claim them.

Liability

Reviews describe observed use. They are not medical advice, legal advice, or a guarantee that complaints, incidents, or revenue will change. To the extent permitted by Malaysian law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for vendor delays. Our total liability for a paid engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Malaysian law, including for fraud or personal injury caused by negligence.

Acceptable use of the site

Do not misuse forms, attempt to disrupt the site, or submit other people’s personal data without a basis to do so. We may refuse or end work if access, safety, or honesty on the floor cannot be maintained.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Courts in Malaysia have exclusive jurisdiction, with a preference for proceedings connected to Kuching, Sarawak, where our office is located.

Changes

We may update these terms on this page. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated text for website use. Signed engagements keep the terms attached to that engagement unless both sides agree otherwise.
